On August 9th, invited by the Anhui Chamber of Commerce in Hangzhou, Li Ya, Chairman of Lichen China, attended the third expanded meeting of the fifth session of the Chamber's presidents and delivered a keynote speech titled "Leveraging Capital to Propel Enterprise Leapfrog Development".
