Li Ya has served as Chairman of Lichen International Limited since January 4, 2017, and as Chief Executive Officer since January 19, 2018. Mr. Li has over 21 years of experience in accounting, education, and finance. From September 2013 to September 2014, Mr. Li served as Chairman and Supervisory Board member of Peixin International Group N.V., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE stock code: PEX), as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Supervisory Board. From January 2006 to September 2013, Mr. Li was General Manager of Jinjiang Xingminqi Financial Consulting Co., Ltd. From April 2003 to December 2005, Mr. Li was Principal of Jinjiang Xingminqi Accounting Vocational Training School ("Jinjiang School"). Before founding Lichen China Limited Group in April 2004, Mr. Li worked as an assistant lecturer at Anhui University of Finance and Economics from February 1999 to June 2000. From July 2000 to December 2002, Mr. Li joined Jinjiang Jiu Shen Company Limited as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial strategy formulation and financial reporting maintenance. In April 2010, Mr. Li obtained a Bachelor of Management degree majoring in Accounting from a program jointly organized by the Central Radio and TV University (now China Open University) and Beijing Technology and Business University.

Fang Zhixiang has over 24 years of experience in the accounting field and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lichen China Limited since July 2021. He has been an independent director of Mobile Internet (China) Holdings Limited since April 30, 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Fang served as Deputy General Manager of Lichen Consulting since 2013. Before joining Lichen China Limited, Mr. Fang was the Audit Director at Fujian Tianlun Group Company Limited from December 2008 to January 2011. From July 1995 to December 2008, he was a lecturer at the Teaching Department of Chizhou University. Mr. Fang obtained his diploma in Accounting from Anhui University of Technology (formerly Anhui Business College) in June 1995. Later, in January 2008, he completed part-time supplementary courses in accounting at Hefei University of Technology. In December 2009, Mr. Fang became a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In May 1999, he obtained the PRC Intermediate Accountant qualification.

Jingyu Lian has over 15 years of accounting experience in China. Since December 2018, Ms. Lian has served as the Deputy Chief Accountant at Xiamen Taixin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., providing comprehensive financial and tax solutions for the entire listing process and post-listing compliance of multiple Chinese IPO companies. From March 2010 to December 2018, Ms. Lian worked as a Senior Project Manager at BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs LLP (Xiamen), leading corporate audit and liquidation projects. She has extensive practical experience in IPO audits for various Chinese companies, taxation, finance, and capital markets. Ms. Lian holds the Chinese Intermediate Accountant qualification and is a Certified Public Accountant in China. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hubei University in 2010.

Robert Bodenstein has over 40 years of experience in business consulting and marketing consulting, specializing in management consulting services, developing business development strategies, business evaluation, as well as information technology (IT) and sustainable development strategic management. He was a co-founder of two IT startups and has served as a board member of several funding organizations. Additionally, he has delivered projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Previously, he has worked with clients from various industries including tourism, trade, and IT, as well as international companies of different sizes. Notably, Mr. Bodenstein has held positions in multiple professional organizations, including serving as the Chair (since 2021) and Vice Chair (2014-2021) of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), Chair of the Consulting and Information Department of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce covering management consulting, IT, and communications businesses, and Chair of the committee under ISO TC 280 (Management Consulting), collaborating with member countries to establish the ISO 20700:2017 standard for management consulting services. Furthermore, Mr. Bodenstein has co-authored several books on management consulting, including "Consulting Governance" (ISBN: 978-3-662-67945-6) and "Managing Sustainable Development—A Strategic Approach" (to be published in spring 2024). Mr. Bodenstein holds an MBA in General Management from the Joseph Schumpeter Institute Wels of the Applied Research Academy. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Deng Zhihuang Deng has over 25 years of legal practice experience in China. Since June 2020, he has been appointed as an independent director and chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee of Yee Hong International Holdings Limited (stock code: 8659), a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Among other responsibilities, he is in charge of evaluating the performance of directors and senior management, supervising the integrity of the company's financial statements, annual reports, and accounts, reviewing the company's financial controls, risk management, and internal control systems, and advising on any proposed changes to the board to complement the company's corporate strategy. In July 2019, Mr. Deng became a senior partner at Beijing Yingke (Fuzhou) Law Firm. From October 2005 to June 2019, Mr. Deng was a senior partner at Fujian Zhixinheng Law Firm. From April 2005 to October 2005, Mr. Deng was a lawyer at Fujian Huawei Law Firm. From April 1995 to March 2005, Mr. Deng served as a prosecutor at the People's Procuratorate of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Fujian Normal University in June 1992. After graduation, Mr. Deng worked as a lecturer at Fujian Electromechanical School (now known as Fujian University of Technology) from August 1992 to April 1995.

Deng Yi is a member of Lichen China Limited Group, which has a history of over 15 years. He was appointed as a director on April 15, 2018. Since December 2013, Mr. Deng has served as the deputy general manager of Lichen Zixun. He is mainly responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Lichen China Limited Group. In September 2018, Mr. Deng was appointed as a graduate supervisor at Huaqiao University for a three-year term. In July 2017, Mr. Deng was awarded the titles of Expert in Management Consulting Services and Database Expert for SMEs in the PRC. Mr. Deng also has extensive experience in entrepreneurship training. In July 2009 and August 2014, he participated in two entrepreneurship training courses organized by the China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center and subsequently obtained qualifications as an entrepreneurship instructor. In October 2013, Mr. Deng was also appointed as a visiting professor at Quanzhou Ocean College for a two-year term. In June 2016, Mr. Deng earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Huaqiao University. Mr. Deng received a diploma in law from Anhui Sanlian Vocational and Technical College (now Anhui Sanlian University) in 2003 and a bachelor's degree in law from Anhui University in 2009.
